Currently, Email Marketing capability in UA is very limited. We're using MailChimp as our email marketing platform and using tags to group users.
It's important to us that UA can integrate with this platform and send proper tags via Zapierwhen there's a change in readers' subscriptions.
Ideally, the Zapier integration between UA & Mailchimp is quick to set up and has easy-to-follow instructions.

Hi Everyone,
Now you can set up triggers to create and update a reader or a subscription in UA, and vice versa. This includes CRM tools like MailChimp.
