Option to Remove PDF thumbnail while reading on HTML view

There's a PDF thumbnail on the bottom right of the screen to switch to PDF reader mode.
Ideally, there should be an option for Publishers to remove this thumbnail from the HTML article view, which will also remove the extra big white space at the bottom of the article.

Hi Ross - thank you for the suggestions.
We have now improved the navigation within the collections, and redesign the PDF/HTML toggle interface. The PDF thumbnails now have been remove with the intention to give more reading room on your issue articles.
